Kuparikauppa.fi online store is owned by Cessabit Oy (Rusutjärventie 308, 04370 Rusutjärvi, business ID 3196144-5). Kuparikauppa.fi sells products to individuals of legal age in Finland. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs at any time.

To order

Products are ordered on the e-commerce website by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart at the checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for any purpose other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities therein, unless otherwise expressly stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of delivery in force from time to time.

Payment and payment methods

Online banking payments are provided by Kevin EU, UAB. Kevin.eu enables direct bank transfers with its payment order service, where you pay directly to the owner of the online shop using your own online banking credentials. In practice, it is an online payment service, very similar to the current online payment service. The difference with the current online payment is that the transfer is initiated in the kevin.eu service.

You can use the online payment buttons of Finnish banks (Nordea, Bank Norwegian, Handelsbanken, OP Bank, S-bank, Danske Bank, Oma Savings Bank, Pop Bank, Revolut and Säästöpankki, Aktia Bank).

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. To send confirmation messages, an email address must be provided at the time of ordering.

Delivery methods and costs

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to Finland are 2-3 days, depending on the order and delivery method. More specific times will be indicated in the product options. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damage caused by delays. Information on any deviating delivery times will be posted on the front page of the online store.

Right of withdrawal and refund conditions

You have the right under consumer protection law to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. In the cancellation notice, you should include your name, address, order date, product and send it by email to info@kuparikauppa.fi or by post to the return address below. The product must be returned by post within 14 days of the cancellation notice in its original condition and packaging. The consumer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Shipping costs no feedback.

Attach a copy of the cancellation notice to the product return. If the product has been used, we reserve the right to charge you for the depreciation.
If you want to return or exchange products after the inspection period, please contact us directly. When returning a delivered order, please include your name and contact details and your account number for a refund. We will refund your payment in full within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, provided that the product has been returned or verifiably delivered to the return address.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to a product manufactured or modified at the customer’s request. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods delivered under seal, the seal of which has been broken. The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable or obsolete products.

Unclaimed package

Non-redemption is not the same as a refund or cancellation. For an unclaimed parcel for which no separate cancellation notice has been given, we will charge a fee of EUR 10.

Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the fault in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address stated in the Right of withdrawal and return conditions or by calling the telephone number stated in the contact details.
